Eat. Work. Sleep. Repeat.
Ever noticed how life can become super repetitive? How we can just find ourselves doing the same thing over and over again? How we can get stuck in our own box, in our own problems and become… well… quite tunnel-visioned really?
In December 2016, Sam Hardy found this to be true about his own life. He realised he was becoming quite self-indulgent, liking things in life ‘just so’ with little regard for others. He saw that his life was becoming more and more single-minded and to put it bluntly, boring.
He started setting himself weekly challenges that changed the way he thought about life, challenges that put him out of his comfort zone and mixed things up.
Since then, Dan Atkins caught hold of this vision and became increasingly excited about challenging himself also! He even came up with the idea to start a podcast to hopefully encourage others to push themselves too.
Since then, they have both found that by just doing things a bit differently each week, their whole attitude towards life has been changed. These challenges have brought a new spark.
This website hosts all the blog posts from Sam’s existing challenges and a new podcast showing both Sam and Dan’s journey with this exciting idea.
